CFTC recruits Board Members on an ongoing basis although Board Members are generally appointed at its AGM in September.
CFTC welcomes individuals to apply to become Directors who have an interest in business and community development.
Directors must reside in the CFTC region as outlined in the map. Members from rural communities may be recommended by their community or community organization.
Directors are considered based on the Board Recruitment Policy. Members can make application to CFTC by submitting a letter outlining their interest accompanied by a resume.

All interested individuals are interviewed by the Nomination Committee and recommendations are made to the Board on the suitability of the candidate.
